Michael Curran Passive Fire Protection Ltd. have been awarded the contract to install Fire Protection and Acoustic barriers within the external cavities for Techrete. Work on this project will begin on the 26th of August 2010 and will consist of the supply and installation of Lamatherm CW FS 120, Lamaphon BM.P5 acoustic barrier, Lamatherm AB10 acoustic barrier and Lamaphon CVB. We are delighted to be working with Techrete on one of the biggest projects in the country.

Michael Curran Passive Fire Protection Ltd. have been awarded the fire protection contract for P.Elliott Construction in the new Medical School and Student Accommodation Limerick University. Work on this project will consist of installing fire protection to external cavities, fire batt and fire mortar around service penetration within wall and floor openings. We have also been contracted to apply intumescent paint to all structural steel beams, plates and columns within the four blocks.

Michael Curran Passive Fire Protection Ltd. have been awarded the Fire Stopping Contract at the Pfizer Biotech Campus Grange Castle for BAM Building. Work on this project will consist of installing fire barriers around service penetrations within wall and floor openings. We are delighted to be working again with BAM Building on yet another  project

Michael Curran Passive Ltd. have been awarded the fire stopping contract on the  Castletown house project for BAM Contractors. Work will consist of up-grading new and existing timber floors to 60minutes fire and integrity. We will also be applying intumescent paint to structural steel section.

Michael Curran Passive Fire Protection Ltd. have been awarded the contract to supply and install intumescent paint to all structural steel sections on the VEC School Extension in Enniscorthy for Midland Construction.

Michael Curran Passive Fire protection Ltd. have been awarded the fire stopping contract on the new National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training with Sisk Pharma. Work began on the 06/05/2010 with the installation of 50mm Vermiculux around steel beams to achieve 4hrs fire protection within the ESB Sub-Station. We have also been contracted by Sisk Pharma to install fire barriers above fire walls and around service penetrations  in wall and floor openings. Work on this project is expected to take about 6months.

Work will consist of installing fire barriers to service penetrations within wall and floor openings. work on this project is expected to take four weeks. This will be the Fourth School we have been involved in with the Sammon Group

Michael Curran Passive Fire Protection Ltd. have been awarded the fire stopping contract for the six motorway Service Station projects with Pierse Contracting Ltd. The 24hr service station will be located on the M1 at Castlebellingham, Co. Louth and Lusk, Co Dublin and on the M4 at Enfield Co. Kildare. We are delighted to be involved in yet another project with Pierse Contracting Ltd. one of the leading contractors in Ireland.
